Requesting a Change:
In the event your team's practice or game needs to be rescheduled you will need to start the process to make the changes. We prefer you email the required staff, but you can make a phone call if necessary. Once we receive your request we will verify the requested date/time/field are available and reply back. If at all possible, please make use of the calendar to check for availability prior to contacting us. Please note that changes are not approved unless you receive confirmation.
Who sends the email:
Either coach can send the email, but please take ownership of this change. So, if your request in honored, please be sure to contact the other team's coach to verify they are up to date, even if they were copied on the email. This saves issues where the other team's coach misses the information and we have teams show up at the wrong times.
